We make our learning resources available in a variety of ways to accommodate your needs, time available and schedule.

Amanda Yelland is our full time legal trainer. Amanda is an experienced Housing Practitioner and a law graduate. She has a wide range of housing knowledge and is currently focussing on; possession proceedings in the county court, welfare reform changes, unlawful subletting, tenancy management and homelessness.
Paul Lloyd is a Solicitor Director at Whiteheads and has a significant experience of dealing with will all types of landlord and tenant work. He advises landlords from all over the country on a variety of Housing Law topics including; civil litigation, disrepair, anti-social behaviour injunctions and possession.
Housing Law Training
We offer a wide range of housing law training courses in a variety of formats for both the private sector and social housing landlords with the aim of giving our delegates the skills to tackle a host of housing management issues themselves.
The topics we cover include; possession proceedings, succession, disrepair, tackling ASB, managing hoarding, licensing, ending tenancies and tenancy deposits.
Commercial Property Law Training
Our commercial property law training courses are designed to enable delegates to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
We cover a range of topics including; dealing with dilapidations claims, service charges, challenging demands, lease review, access, party walls and neighbour issues.
